Kinomoto Touya! As you probabily know, he is Sakura's older brother from Cardcaptor Sakura and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. I love the faces he does when he's being mean or when he's simply bored.
So, the concept for this deviation is actually based on a private joke - well, let's just say i know, by sight, a guy that reminds me of Touya... and well, the lollipop thing, you can take it in a literal way, given the context - that guy seems to love lollipops XD LOL
About the drawing itself, well, the original version of it was drawn by me in the cover of a notebook of a friend of mine - ~KatsuoRitsuka - and well, i ended up drawing it again in a blank sheet of paper and then coloured it on photoshop, like other deviations i have already (check out my gallery if you want to see them). It took me a bit to edit and correct the original drawing - i drew it with my mechanical pencil so the lines didn't come out perfect - at least most of them. As far as the rest of the editing is concerned, i specially liked doing the colours of the lollipop - i used some gradients and then distorted and blurred them a bit.
To finish, the sentence you can see and the arrow were written by me with my own handwritting. It makes me feel like a mangaka >w< LOL XD
